*Updated

Can't believe it has almost been a WHOLE month since i last blogged! Time sure does fly. Well it's safe to say the wedding went well, a few bumps but we made it out alive :] Just ONE of the few "Ooops" on the wedding day, We both get to the temple and they ask for the Marriage license... WHAT?! We both turned and looked at each other and tried to convince each other who was guilty for not bringing it. Ha I guess it just didn't make it to either of our list of things we needed to bring. Everything else went pretty smooth though, the Temple was AMAZING! Loved it! The weather was supposed to be cloudy and raining that day but it was all Sunshine not a single dark cloud or rain drop! It was BY FAR the BEST day of my Life! A BIG thanks to everyone who helped with everything! Aunt Kami, if you are reading this, a HUGE thanks to you for taking the time for ALL the flowers and everything else you helped with:] And to both of our parents for supporting us all the way! Another shout out to my wonderful/amazing Grandma Deb! she helped finish the girls dresses and they turned out SOO stinkin cute! Love you all!! I will try and get some pictures posted of the WEDDING DAY as soon as I can:]

--OUR HONEYMOON  :]
"Un-Cut & Un-Sensored"
First off, our cruise was amazing! enough said.
-[First day]- The first day of our cruise we arrived in Galveston around 11:30 am. If anyone has every been to Texas or lives there, I know your pain and I'm not sure how in the world you manage with all that dang humidity in the air! Seriously! it's torture. We boarded with no troubles at all, meaning that surprisingly we didn't forget anything, :] which was a sigh! It was hot and windy but the wind was warm and made you just feel sticky. After we boarded we made our way to our cabin. We didn't accomplish a whole lot this first day but we sure did eat a whole lot of ICE CREAM through-out the entire week. You might just be surprised :] . It wasn't long before we found our way to the buffet for lunch! Now, all you Cache Valley readers, this buffet isn't ANYTHING like Golden Coral Buffet. It's a million times better. We pretty much walked around that first day exploring our ship and everything it had to offer. We took a group tour of the Spa on the ship and it was actually pretty nice!! they had an exercising equipment room attached to it as well. Yes, I know what you're thinking and the answer is No, we didn't even go near the exercising room the entire cruise :] funny how that happens. They offered free Zumba classes and I remember telling Kaden a few times i was gonna go and did it happen? Nope, sure didn't!

-[Second Day]-Not a whole lot went on. We layed out on the Lido deck, also known as the deck with both pools, food, and lets not forget FREE ICE CREAM and lots of fun happening. I'm pretty sure this was the day i earned by "lobster belly" that's right i.. got.. Fried! Not going too much farther into details with this but i had a white permanent bikini the rest of the trip. Leaving it at that! I am extremely sad to say we didn't make it into the pool or down the water slide not even once! How lame are we. We did however go miniature golfing which was quite fun, no surprise, Kaden kicked my butt. Everyday we ate at a breakfast buffet and a Lunch buffet and had ice cream a million times in between! Dinner every night was in a nice dining room and we were served by a pretty fun bunch of guys, not gonna lie! Never a dull moment there. We had a couple nights that we went to a comedy club and boy, where do i even start! The first night we laughed pretty hard! the second night I'm pretty sure at one point i looked over at Kaden and thought he was gonna start crying or peeing his pants! Our faces hurt so stinkin bad after that. the third night...I dont think i laughed more than three or four times, it was soo lame! not cool. the Fourth night was  a little better but nothing topped that second night, not even close.

-[Third Day]- Third day at Sea. I think that's said enough? We did the usual lay out, this time caking me with sunscreen, eating, Ice Cream stops, and dinner at 6pm. That pretty much sums it all up! fully detailed day, I'm aware :] We did however change it up a little and hit up the casino, ordered me a virgin pina colada mixed with strawberry flavor and it was YUMMY!

-[Fourth Day]-     JAMAICA "ya mon!" Jamaica was.. a little scary I'll admit. If i could describe Jamaica in ONE word it would be GHETTO. Not 100% sure how those people survive there but they do! First off, they drive like maniacs! I know when i say that you guys don't think it's that bad, it's enough to make you back seat drive! Except they just tell you "no worries, ya mon!" haha it was super fun though! Our shore excursions was climbing a waterfall. It was B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L! [pics will come.. hopefully soon!] and it was a blast. Crazy but, our waterfall tour guide only had one eye. The other one was gone! Like not even there. Our camera man on the other hand had BOTH eyes and man was he hilarious! After that adventure they took us to an outside restaurant. I'm assuming that's what it was! They sat us down, gave us a glass of risky looking whatever it happened to be and then brought out food that I'll be honest i had no idea what it was, other that the ball of rice. the bus ride back to the ship was close to i wanna say 2 hours. talk about boredom! there was quite a bit of site seeing and our bus tour guide told us a lot of information that none of you guys should be surprised when i say i can't remember a whole lot. A couple things i did pick up were that they have 12 Different kinds of pineapple and that Hawaii gets their pineapple from Jamaica and also there are 27 different kinds of bananas! That's crazy! Here my whole life i thought there was only one kind of pineapple and one kind of banana, Boy did i think wrong! We saw an accident on the road where a head on collision between a car and a motorcycle had happened. In Jamaica they handle things a little different than in America There was a huge puddle of blood in the road with an outline of, assuming, where the motorcyclist had landed. The car was pulled off to the side of the road with a tarp over the driver half of the car. In Jamaica when people need transportation they have taxis, the system works like this, They pretty much stand on the side of the road anywhere and wait for a taxi car to come and pick them up. They also just stop in the middle of the road to pick these people up. The speed limits in Jamaica are in KM/H. the highest sign i remember seeing was only 80 km/h. I think the whole time we were there i only remember seeing ONE cop car, ONE cop on a motorcycle, who happened to be the only policeman at the accident we passed, and ONE police woman directing traffic near a corner we passed. Parents whose children miss school get fined when they don't show up. They, similar to us, have both private schools and public schools. The one High school we passed looked like an abandoned warehouse that was painted. All schools have dress uniforms because they believe that every human being is equal and should stay that way. Our tour guide shared a piece of this information as well, she told us that men work and save their money and then build a house. She said that a lot of them do this because when they borrow money they are charged at a 30% interest rate! can you say WOW! unbelievable. Also Gas prices go up EVERY Thursday. Can you imagine! They were paying just over $6 US dollars a gallon[they sale gas by the liter, so comparing this to how we sell gas] and it goes up every Thursday! that's just mind blowing right there. There was a huge condo that we passed and to buy ONE, meaning a little apartment type place, was just over a Million Dollars. I can't remember what the taxes were but i remember them being an outrageous amount. We stopped at a little village, i guess you could say, of shops. we bought a couple things and headed back to the ship. A very productive day you could say:] I learned lots!

-[Fifth Day]- Our second stop, The Grand Cayman Islands! These islands i found similar to a place you would find in America. A lot less Ghetto than Jamaica that's for dang sure. We visited Hell, describing it in one word would be HOTT! You pretty much sweat hard core. Hell is basically a postal ground office on the Grand Cayman Islands. that's about all it is. We grabbed a couple souvenirs and mailed post cards and were off the the next stop. Next stop, The rum cake shop! Yes, we did try a piece, and to be honest it was NOT that great. kinda gross actually. We bought a few more souvenirs and headed for the TURTLE FARM! This experience was actually fun! Other than the fact that it was pretty hot! It was soo cool so see turtles in different stages! And to see how huge they get!! that part is crazy! again I'm sorry pictures will get posted soon so you can all see:] Last but not least and definitely not my favorite part at all was swimming with the stingrays. AAHHH! I pretty much disliked it! I don't know what it is but they were huge and I didn't even want to touch or be touched by one. You ask Kaden and he will tell you i was absolutely a baby the entire time. By the time we made it back to the ship i was ready for a nap! it had been a long day!

-[Sixth Day]-  Cozumel, Mexico. We didn't have any excursions in Mexico so to be honest it was that great of a day and not a lot to tell you. I think we walked not even a mile towards downtown and i looked up at Kaden and he was just SOAKED! Hot AND Humid! two things when combined that just plain suck! so we paid a cab to get us the rest of the way to downtown shopping. It was a lot of walking! and a LOT of shops! holy cow! We spent the rest of our money right down to the last dollar that we took and bought gifts for both of our families and something for each of us. Once again I'll get pics up soon. We made our way back to the ship, ate lunch and not even kidding went right for the ice cream. I swear we stopped EVERY time we walked past the machine. That night was our last night the comedy club performed and like i said earlier it sucked. After that there was a movie playing on a big screen up on the Lido deck, Megamind. Yes, it is a kid show but it was good! and by good, it was funny, we enjoyed it.

-[Seventh Day]- Last Day at Sea. We did our usual got up ate breakfast, headed straight for ice cream, chilled on the Lido deck. Hit up the miniature golfing again. More ice cream, Lunch at the buffet, more ice cream, Played the penny slots in the casino. ice cream again, napped and headed for Dinner at 6! This was our last night in the dining room and it was pretty good, by this time the server knew pretty much my whole usual order :] yeah, I'm a regular! No surprise:] haha all the serving teams gave us a showtime in the dining room and sang us a song saying hope we come back soon! Oh! i almost forgot, our room service left us a towel folded character every night before bedtime, there were some pretty cute ones when i get pictures up you can see them.

-[Eighth Day]- We packed up all our clothes and stuff we brought or bought and headed off the ship about 8:45. We were shuttled to the airport and arrived at 10:30. I'm sure most of you have heard about our nightmare that lasted 8 HOURS!!!! It was serious torture/boredom in my entire life! What is there to do at an airport for 8 hours??! exactly! We ate twice, We ran both of our ipods dead and when we borrowed a cord to charge mine Kaden managed to run it dead again before we even got on the plane. It was seriously a nightmare but it was the earliest flight we could get on to get back to SLC. The 3 hour flight back didn't help, I didn't sleep, neither did Kaden and in a joking but almost serious way i think we wanted to both kill each other, by this time we were acting so immature the guy across the isle was seriously trying not to laugh at us arguing about which lake you fly over when you get into salt lake. I'll have you know I'm the smart one and won that argument! :] Overall it was a good trip!! We hope to go back for another cruise to different places! By the time we got to our apartment it was just after 11 and we were both dead tired! i didn't even want to take the 3 pieces of luggage from the car that's how ridiculous it was! Anyways, we made it back alive and in ONE piece and we both still love each other so i guess that means were GOLDEN! :]

Thanks everyone for reading! Hope you enjoyed hearing all about our honeymoon :] hopefully i didn't give TOOO many details! And if you are considering going on a cruise the answer is YES, DO IT!

With Love,
K&R Roberts Fam.
